Another comic I have been following for many years. This story explores a Link adopted and raised by a benevolent Ganondorf in the harsh Gerudo Desert, but even his adopted father's love cannot protect Link from the Gerudo's initial prejudice towards his Hylian heritage. The story spans Link's childhood and adolescence, all the way to adulthood. His struggles, triumph, friends and family, and the greater forces trying to tear his family apart. Ganondorf and Nabooru find an infant Link abandoned in the desert and raise him as their own, but the weight of his and Ganondorf's destinies are heavy. Lots of love and humor is to be found in this comic as it spans from Link's childhood into adulthood. The art itself is messy but fluid and always in motion. my son, who wants to join the marching band instead of being part of the military. smh my head can you believe it? he's not part of a serious au (...yet?). His hypothetical game would be rhythm-based AND would be on the DS family of systems Yes i know Cadence of Hyrule exists but I don't know anything about it

The plot would be that time/history itself is slowly being erased by some Big Bad, and it's his job to restore it by essentially playing/singing magic songs from different eras. Like the tavern bard singing tales but on a grander scale. Maybe there's time travel involved too.

Because of this, he learns alot of ancient ballads and knows alot about the Heroes that came before (and maybe after) him. It's a cool gig, but he'd rather his hobby not have such life-threatening consequences, yknow?
