Wolf among Kings lore dump for Ashei

Hey I haven’t been able to draw for a while but I can still write so here’s a lore dump for Ashei

I deleted the ao3 version because of some problems.

I can’t be bothered to link the art so I’ll just copy it down below the cut with the lore dump:

Name: Ashei Spratts

Age: 24

Resistance member

BACKSTORY:

Ashei was raised by her father who was a hyrulean soldier but left after his wife died and he knew he would need more time to care for Ashei.

He moved to the mountains and raised her there because he knew how controlling the crown could be. He realized after signing up to be a soldier he wouldn’t be able to leave, but he didn’t want to give Ashei up either so he ran away to the mountains to raise her.

He managed 15 years before soldiers found him and murdered him.

Ashei, as a 15 year old, left the Hebra mountains and travelled to castle town. She met the resistance a few months later after surviving in the city alone. She decided to join them, angry at the crown for hurting her dad.

Very shortly after joining the Twili disease was first reported. After saving Twilight with the rest of the resistance she was even angrier with the crown.

She acts as their main close range fighter.

AIM:

She wants to kill the Queen. Whilst the others would go along with it and do hate the Queen, they don’t share her strong desire to violently murder her and end her reign. She also is happy living with the resistance as her family since she was raised in a remote location with only her father.

CLOSEST RELATIONS:

She is very close with Link and Shad. They’re her best friends and basically the only people she is geniune around.

She also is quite close to Auru because he reminds her a lot of her dad so she is naturally drawn to him when vulnerable.

You know, I still have zero regrets about making Houki Yiga: this decision turned a very irrelevant romance with a lab assistant, who only helps Impa overcome her trauma, into a journey of self-discovery that gives a better look on the past of both Sheikah and Yiga. The buildup of their relationship ended up being kinda complex for me to describe, but that why I love it so much. It's kinda like the relationship between Luke and Mara but much faster, and the girl who initially despises her future husband is on the side of the good guys.

Guys I’ve just had another story idea and I’ve written a Drabble for it and I’m so reluctant to post it because I’m still doing Exodus of Twilight and Wolf Among Kings and now I’m questioning if I even wanna continue WAK cuz I wanna write this so bad 😭

How do y’all write your AU’s. Like I have this new idea but it’s not really just one long fic it’s spread throughout lots of points in time and it’s more of like a concept? I know lots of people do like mini stories that connect but idk if I like that or not 😭😭

Back on track after my little dilemma yesterday lolol. With 4 more characters to cast, let’s start with Calypso.

Please suggest which legend of Zelda character should play Calypso!

I have a couple questions and obviously if it will come up in the main story then no spoilers but....

In your most recent animations with the forgotten hero Amulet is present, so before Link was the forgotten hero the one to use the amulet?

Also is Amulet the reason that the Forgotten hero went mad? Or did his own psyche play a role?

So to answer your question, I need to go into a little more detail about Forgotten. He was a young man who wanted to become strong and useful to his kingdom. He was, in himself, the hero who should have saved Hyrule, but something in him changed radically after wearing the medallion

Amulet is a god locked in a medallion for an unimaginable time, its manipulation occurs by knowing its keeper, especially what is deep in their subconscious

Amulet is definitely responsible for the madness of Forgotten, he has broken his memory into a multitude of pieces, he has corrupted his soul and plagiarized his mind, he made him evil and made him commit horrible crimes, but despite everything Forgotten realized how much evil he had done before dying, asking his master to end his life
