"Well, I don't believe we've met. Hey."
"Ah. Good question." She replies, watching as he orders their drinks. "That lovely little spell your mother performed? Well, a witch in her coven knew of it. A friend of mine actually, Silas Donovan? Anywho, he decided to give it a shot, and wala." She motions to herself.
"You're an original vampire?" he's taken back by her confession, noticing that she seems honest in her words. "That's impossible though." he says, though he doesn't believe it. Not for a second. There's an energy that surrounds her he can't deny. She's powerful, that much he's sure of.
She grins. "Letting me have my way? How brave." She bites her lower lip. "Well, how about we start off with you buying me a drink, hmm?"
"Sounds good." he comments with a grin, turning towards the bar and waving over the bartender with ease. He quickly orders them both a drink and turns to face her while waiting for them to be served. "So how are you not long dead?" he asks bluntly.
"Ooh Goody." She smirks. "A girl can only go so long without some entertainment. And I've heard you're very good at entertaining." Elya runs a hand through her hair. "What would you like to do?"
He cocks his eyebrow at her comment, a sly smile coming across his face. "I've certainly got my ways." bragging, eyes intense on her as she runs a hand through her blond hair. He knows what he wants to do, or rather, who he wants to do. "The choice is yours, love."
Elya nodded. "Well, we all have our regrets. She was a dear friend to me. That doesn't mean she always made the right choices." She shrugged. "So, Niklaus. Tell me you wouldn't be opposed to spending time with little old me? I'm sure we have plenty of catching up to do."
"Of course not, love." he says a little too enthusiastically. "Who can resist catching up with an old friend?" flashing her a toothy grin. What he really means is 'who can resist her' - especially when she's looking at him the way she is, so expectantly. This Forbes woman packs quite the bite, he senses.
"Never said it had.." She smirked again. "And all those years ago? Your eyes were practically locked on Tatiana. If my memory serves correct, I tried many times. I was a tad desperate in those times. Not exactly my proudest times." She laughed lightly.
"I do apologize for my unfortunate infatuation with Tatiana. Not exactly my proudest times either." He finds himself chuckling with her, at ease with original Forbes woman. Klaus cannot deny how absolutely stunning she is, her eyes large and smile bright enough to light up entire cities.
She laughed as he eyed her down. "You know, many years ago I would have killed to have you look at me like that." She smirked.
"And that's changed?" he asks, swirling his drink around in it's glass. He sits up for a moment, furrowing his brows in confusion. "Why did you choose not to act on your desires all those years ago?" He can't stop himself from wondering what could of happened had Tatia never come between he and Elijah.
She noticed a shift in his mood, but didn't let it bother her. He hadn't changed too much. "I was a close friend of Tatia's."
"Well that explains why I don't seem to remember you." he says cruelly. What are the chances? He actually knew a Forbes as a human. Eyeing her down, he wonders why he even bothered with Tatia if she was around. Her beauty is much more exquisite than the first Petrova, that's for sure. Either that or he's grown quite a weakness for blonds as time has gone on.
