Okay BOOM (haha get it get it) first post wow look at me go…. Here’s some art I did for the king @thescoutpilot on his girl TB-01!

Now- I take myself and sometimes- only sometimes- I hear his voice on the wind.' - Bird Well this art piece came into my head when doing another idea with Bird so I had to drop everything to make it. You guys getting a lot of Bird content recently.. every other project I've abandoned halfway it just hasn't felt right.. Mustn't have done my daily TB-01 drawings enough to keep the art skills..

I finally drew my boys! First time Neil and Rigel appear here I suppose. (Left to right) Sirius, Neil, Rigel. Rigel made some cruel joke about Neil or something Sirius just wants a break.. in the morning it was Jeff and Jay and now its these idiots.

Sirius Tracy

OC DROP! Eldest son of Sally and Grant Tracy, big brother to Jeff, pilot, aquanaut and astronaut, Sirius Tracy. This boy is part of the Original IR AU, but I'd like to think he exists outside of that- just minus the whole 'part of IR' bit. Some lore.. When he was 18, Sirius got into the Air Force and did a small stint as a fighter pilot. Then, he put himself as a reserve and went about his life. When iR was founded he got put on The Bird - 01 as field commander, which then later he was transferred to The Bird - 04 which was much more like his type of plane (no shade to TB-01). In 2040, when the global conflict arose, Sirius was pulled in for conscription as a pararescuemen due to his iR training. He went MIA in the conflict which inspired Jeff to step into the military. This is where Jeff climbs the ranks and IR breaks it's neutral status in the conflict to rescue their field commander. Sirius was badly injured in the global conflict, and had to spend a great time in recovery before he could continue his job. After the original iR shut down, Sirius took more time to hold his family together after Deke's death. When Jeff announced he would start iR back up again, Sirius was one of the first operatives along with Lee and Jeff. Fast forward to current-post TAG timeline, Sirius still works (work-a-holic) to teach pilots how to fly hypersonic planes, and uses TB-04. Lil fun facts: - All of his PJ buddies died within the global conflict; Sirius has survivors guilt he couldn't save all of them. - Sirius helped teach Alan how to pilot. - He loves all of his brothers, and although he thought he had enough after 5, he still cherishes all 7 of them. - He was the only one there with Deke while he took his final breaths. - The only friend of Jeff that Sirius approved of was Kyrano (come on Jeff.. you can do better then the literal HOOD) - He could rattle off any time Jeff has got himself into a problem that Sirius has had to sort out.. just ask him! He's got a Jeff situation for every occasion. (Its his party trick)

*Causally drops major lore and leaves* Okay I DID IT! Just was a very long process but hey- we've got there.

This is the other one of my two singular AU ideas I have, the Original IR AU. Now, this one has a LOT more lore to unpack, not only just OC lore seeing this introduces new characters but the lore which got them to present day.. and some Tracy family dramas..

This started with what if iR wasn't the FIRST iR? I mean lets face it, in the TAG world the boys were very young when its expected iR actually founded, and so it would have been mainly Scott, Lee Taylor and Jeff Tracy against the world. I don't know about you but that doesn't sound like the best business idea. Not unless you know its happened before.

Grant is mentioned in TAG (I believe) to be a heroic, determined guy. It's implied he could have been a first responder a tad here, also mentioned that they flew the world with Jeff.

I stray a bit from canon in TAG here but I've tried to keep it within the 'possible' realm. Though this wouldn't work in the TOS verse. So what if Grant founded the original iR?

All of his sons were the responders, and the death of one brother on a mission caused it to disband, flee from the past and the world to forget about iR and their vision until Jeff starts it back up again. Jeff is a famous dude- but what if it wasn't just because he was the first on Mars and broke the Mach 20 record? What if he was saving lives beforehand which got him the funds to get into that level of stuff anyways..

Cue the lore for the video above-

So there are two planes with sentient AI's (much like EOS) having a conversation, these would be TB-04 (purple) and TB-01 (blue). They talk about 'the accident' which is referencing Deke Tracy's crash (one of Grant's sons and an older brother to Jeff). It's revealed through the many news articles (pause to read those!) that TB-04 and TB-01 were the ones on the scene in response to Deke's crash.

Then we slowly go through information on Deke's crash, the fact the engineer was blamed for the crash (in-fact wasn't her.. major lore drop on that another day), and that iR is disbanded. Jeff takes 01 on her last fly, then retires her to the hangar and never wishes to see her again.

See, Jeff was so mad that the engineer (Crypto) 'killed' his brother that he wanted nothing to do with her creations after the crash, so, he took TB-01 for one last fly then tried to isolate her self AI (this failed).

TB-01, confused on the sudden change of attitude her pilot felt towards her, began to blame herself for this crash. Then, Jeff destroyed his homing processor. (As seen in the homing processor - lost connection part)

Now, the homing processor for The Birds fleet was a vital part of their instrumentation. This was a small device that sat in their pilots baldric at all times with their uniform. This gave The Bird vital information, a connection to the pilot, comms connection to her fleet sisters, and to the pilots brothers, as well as key coordinates.

The ship could.. function without one and the ship could rebuild connections without the processor, but it had a chance to distort the sentient program within it.

Jeff then went onto the TV-21 and Thunderbird 1 and 3, and raved about them- calling them his 'babies'. Now TB-01 doesn't like this- being abandoned then essentially replaced. But that is another story for another day..

I know that is a MASSIVE world and I plan to slowly go into depth each character (and their appropriate planes as they are characters of their own). Feel free to ask questions about this, and thank you to @sunflower-prophetess for your wonderful suggestions on how to get my metal girls (01 especially) to show emotion- and for listening to my explanations about them.. truely thankful.
