SPAIN was in turmoil yesterday after Europe’s top court sensationally ruled that a Catalan independence leader jailed after the October 2017

The EU Court has ruled that Catalan politicians elected to the European Parliament also have immunity like the other EMPs!

This means that political prisoner and MEP Oriol Junqueras has to be released from jail, and the exiled Catalan politicians Carles Puigdemont and Toni Comín have to be allowed to take their seat at the European Parliament (Spain has been banning them all this time, even though they were democratically elected, because they are Catalan independentists).

As an answer to this European Court sentence, many Spaniards have started a campaign called Spexit where they defend Spain leaves the EU, which according to them is interfering in Spanish affairs by making the votes of Catalan people in the European elections count.

Update January 3rd 2020: after all these days since the EU Court ruling, Junqueras was still not released from jail. Today, Spain has officially declared that they will not free him, and they are opening a case for the European Union to take away his seat as a Member of the European Parliament, even though he was voted for it.

The fight for Catalan Independence, the release of Catalan political prisoners from jail and the return of everyone exiled during these months of oppression, repression and Spanish authoritarianism are some of the ideals the Catalan people protested in favor of, today September 11th, 2018 in Barcelona.

The photos above show the union, support and perseverance of a society that is just getting started and will never give up on their rights, their freedom and the people unfairly jailed that stood up for democracy and against the totalitarian state that is becoming Spain and its corrupted Government.

La généralité catalane s'attendait à ce que Sanchez, "parce que de gauche", soit un "pote" de la cause. Sanchez, dès son arrivée, avait reçu l'infâme faiseur de coups et de putschs Soros, mais il s'agissait surtout de participer au combat immigrationniste de George S. Bien sûr, une mansuétude face aux indéps et à leurs "presos politics" avait été demandée et obtenue, mais cela n'a pas pu durer, tant les exigences, provocations et manipulations indéps n'ont pas cessé en dépit de la bonne volonté du nouveau gouvernement.

Avec les indéps, c'est vraiment "je te donne une main, tu veux le bras", il n'y aura pas de fin tant qu'ils n'auront pas ce qu'ils voudront : être séparés de l'honnie "Castille". Torra le forcené l'a reprécisé hier même : il veut un nouveau référendum. Il y a 2 semaines durant lesquelles ça va continuer à chauffer, puis, selon les prochains développements, cela pourra encore dégénérer en fin de mois, à moins que ce ne soit plus tôt en fonction des choix judiciaires dont il est question dans l'article de Caso Aislado.

25 à 30 ans de prison pourraient ainsi être la sentence pour un des chefs de file des indéps, Junqueras, et des peines 4 à 5 fois moins lourdes pour, notamment, les leaders de l'organisation de propagande Omnium financée par...George S.

L'extrêmement lâche Puigdemont est, quant à lui, au chaud en Belgique, et regarde ses potes souffrir en taule, en souriant.

Ce scénario est, si vous vous en souvenez, ce que j'avais prédit et recommandé il y a un an ici-même, en vertu des délits graves des chefs du mouvement, en particulier les risques qu'ils ont fait/font courir au pays et à la région (guerre civile).
