Oh yeah, what are your opinions on Orks, especially since you play with one on that one game you got going currently.
Is there like, hidden Ork discourse I don't know about?? Omg, I like Orks, I think they're so ridiculous and it's a welcome change to what can sometimes be just savagely sad or grim lore for 40k. Like it can't all be serious and grimdark all the time that's boring.
In terms of like, my personal aesthetic choices they don't really do it for me, but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate a good krumpin' when I see one.
For our RT group, Zarbag is an absolute gem and honestly one of my favorite PCs I've ever interacted with. There is something so entertaining about both his absolute disregard for everything that isn't fighting, and the rest of the crew's desperate attempts to not get his Orkiness discovered by anyone who's not on the Lockheart payroll.
Him and Klara have gotten up to some shenanigans, mostly because she's too scared to say no when he asks her for something. These have included:
-Destroying a heavy bolter to make a big shootah (she got in shit for that one)
-Fight training (He just stood there and let her smack him)
-Keeping his Gretchins
-Acquiring Squigs
-Setting up a fight ring near the engine bay
However, on the flip side, since Zarbag is always up for anything with a fight potential, he has also accompanied Klara as muscle when asked, or even got dragged along to dive back into an ancient Squig infested alien ruins to rescue a random lost armsman named Steve (Saving private Steve was a successful mission BTW).
Honestly? Extremely blessed. 20/10 Zarbag is much beloved in my heart.
