The day had been a long but a rewarding one. Lidia had put her heart and soul in to organising her stall and she’d been delighted when so many people had signed up to show interest in becoming a volunteer for the charity. Even if she did spend a lot of her time reaping illegal havoc around the city with her underground dealings and actions, she also had one hell of an image to keep above ground: being a saint in the community was one of the best she could have and she did care. It wasn’t just a cover. “So...” She turned to the woman closest to her as she lifted her drink to her lips, her smirk growing over the edge of her glass. “I’m pretty sure I gave you a leaflet earlier and said if you took it I’d buy you a drink.” She might have done or maybe she was just making it up for the sake of conversation. Either way.... “And even more than that...can you tell me if the rainbow flags on my cheeks are straight? The kid who did them didn’t have the steadiest hands.”
