ornamental pineapple (in the bromeliad family) that i picked up from Captiva Island a few years ago - it got so big i couldn’t bring it inside. wish id saved a piece but the thing was massive and it bit me.

Walking around I came across this little one. Unfortunately, for others I do have sticky fingers when it comes to plants.
Once I saw this cutie, what followed was obvious, at least to me.
