With Orochimaru preforming even the lowest class techniques, when it is he who is performing them, their devastating effects and potency increases immensely With effectiveness in Ninjustu, Chakra Control, and Intelligence, He can use each technique to its fullest potential. Orochimaru-because of his great use in chakra control- can absorb chakra within direct contact.
