Even in the summer rain.
Their love blossoms.
Honestly this is what the soldiers see when they come across them. Oropher refusing to yield and Ereinion trying to reason with madness.
The air is cold and the rain drops unforgiving.
(Not Gil slouching slightly as Oropher looks up. What a shorty)
There is a silent argument on the wind. They can not pick it up with the heavy rain, but they know it’s there. Nevertheless, they do not approach fear of provoking them, yet surround the area and keep a carful watch. They’ll eventually come to a decision, or perhaps one or the other will break.
“Now is not the time for you to be stubborn, Oropher.” There is a chilling, bone-deep cold that comes from being soaked in the rain. The endless hammering.
“I will not risk the lives of my people because of your decrepit actions, High King.” The title rolled off his tongue, making a mockery of him.
We all know Oropher has a bit of an attitude.
The Aura
Ereinion Gil-Galad for the most part has the patience to deal with it. Except in dire situations.
Some random guard: ^ Unintentionally bumps into Oropher causing the two to collide.
Just some random thoughts. Headcanons.
