To preserve the papillaes, the bone crest and bone bridge we need the partial flaps. Then atraumatic exo. Clean the zone. Dental implant V3. BGR and CTG. Ptf: partial thickness flap, ttf: total thickness flap, mp: messial papillae, dp: distal, doble arrows: direction and location of granuloma, a: alveolar zone. 🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪Para hallar respuestas debes buscar dentro: este es un caso de afección crónica y múltiples tratamientos, un granuloma con formación alveolo vestibular, es necesario la remoción y colgajos a espesores divididos para preservar las papilas, las crestas y el puente óseo de la delgada tabla vestibular, realizamos disección, exodoncia atraumatica, limpiamos y tratamos, luego insertamos V3, ROG e ITC, suturas suspensorias y provisional inmediato.
