I've done it! I've wrapped the tiniest guinea pig stumps by cutting 1 inch vet wrap down to 1/3 inch vet wrap and cutting very thin strips of gauze to wrap. Now she can scoot around without bumping open the wounds and bleeding, and she can't pee and poop on them anymore.
