River otter unmentionables. This is the only small/subadult one I've handled. His skull was huge but had some unfused sutures.

Just got a couple of new bacula for the collection, so I had to do an updated photo! From left to right: bear, otter, 4 raccoons, wolf, dog, 2 coyotes above red fox, cat and grey squirrel above badger and fisher, and ringtail cat and beaver above mink and 2 unknowns.

Just bought this beautiful little cat baculum from @mrsfawn - such tiny bones are difficult to clean and whiten and not lose or damage in the process! It’s the smallest of my collection and so cute.

I finally got my baculum collection organized and labeled! From left to right: otter, 4 raccoons, wolf, dog, coyote, red fox, badger, fisher; on top, cat and grey squirrel; on bottom, mink, ringtail cat, unknown (sold to me as fox), and beaver.
