Can I please have the link for the change request form? I could only find the income change request form and it does not indicate an option for course drop.

So I'm on OSAP and I dropped a class during the Fall term and picked up one for the Winter so I'm still taking the required amount of classes. How do I notify OSAP? Because when I try and google different OSAP forms, I can't find one pertaining to my need

Hi guys, another question: Do I have to mail my supporting documents for OSAP, (i have to submit the the declaration and signature forms as well as the MSFAA) or can I hand them in at york at the Bennet Centre?

Hey sorry to bother you guys again. I realized that my address on the osap forms were wrong after i uploaded them and although i changed it on the website should i re upload them after initialling the changes or what should i dooo?

I believe there is a separate form for a change of address. You can find it on the OSAP forms page on York’s site.

Hi! is it true that we must mail or hand in our OSAP consent forms in person to the financial aid office in our first year instead of uploading them?

I’m actually not sure about that anon. If it gives you the option to upload them I would think you can just do that?

I have to put something in the drop box @ bennett for osap but I dont have time to go to york tomorrow so can I mail it to 99 Ian Macdonald Boulevard (address for bennett)?

If I drop off my change request form at the bennett centre, do you know approximately how long it might take for them to update my funding? I have to make a change to an amount on my application but it says to contact financial aid so I am not sure how long it will take. :/

The stated wait time is 6-8 weeks, but it could take less. I would get it in ASAP.
