MY CAROL & MYSEF AT HEART BALL 2018! - in @azredbook This year I am more than thankful, ...more than that,...much, much more, more so, when last evening was the @heartballphoenix thank you party. Last evening the board of the Arizona HeartBall celebrated a full year of fundraising by the 2018 Chairwoman @catjackson427 and her executive committee. I am thankful as I celebrated the life of my dad during the gala (as I always do, all year round ), his incredibly well lived 29 years with a mitral valve, and this year we have to celebrate that we dealt with a very scary moment with my @velvetgaranimal after his surgery, .... HEART BALL 2018 at FRONTDOORS @frontdoorsmedia Thank you @andreatevans for a great compilation of a very magnificent eve. This year I am more than thankful, ...more than that,...much, much more. Last evening we celebrated a full year of fundraising by the 2018 Chairwoman @catjackson427 and her executive committee. I am thankful as I celebrated the life of my dad (as I always do), his incredibly well lived 29 years with a mitral valve, and this year we have to celebrate that we dealt with a very scary moment with my @velvetgaranimal after his surgery, ....one that thanks to his discipline as an athlete is now behind us. He is a living proof that exercising, a balanced diet is the best prophylactic medicine to live a good healthy life. My heart (literally) goes to all those that are facing heart issues, and are living with debilitating heart conditions.
