why do you have a living room that you don’t go in! where DO you go. where are ur chairs
we go in there when we have folks over. it’s a really nice room for hanging out and talking. we’ve got a big coffee table and a loveseat and two upholstered chairs. but!!! it’s primarily the LIBRARY and the CAT ROOM. because it’s where the big cat tree is so they have primo window views and our floor cushions, which we got for flexible guest seating (all our friends have toddlers), have turned out to be cat beds, and that’s where we put all their toys when we gather them back up. and we have our huge bookshelves in there so that’s where all the books that aren’t cookbooks or in stacks in our bedrooms live. so we DO use the living room, but i don’t, like, go in there too often because i don’t have guests or need to get a book or bother the cats in there too often. we have “the tv room”, which I am in every single day, which is a little room next to the kitchen with our tv and a couch. originally the tv room was going to be our library and it would just have ALL THE BOOKS and literally nothing else, but it didn’t work out that way. anyway, our chairs are fine and we use them all the time. idk. maybe i should just put gourds on the mantel, but the cats use the mantel as a pathway and i’d worry they would just knock them off. anyway welcome 2 my crib this is my gift wrapping room
