Who must post these Labor Law Posters?
All employers employing any employee, may it be private, federal, state and local government. Public agencies, academic institutions (public and private elementary and secondary schools) including joint employers and successors of covered employers—are also asked to post these Labor Laws.
What will happen if failure to comply befalls?
Penalties may range from civil money up to court actions by the Secretary of Labor. Some even include suspension or cancellation of the contract and the debarring of Federal contractors from future contracts as a remedy for noncompliance to these requirements.
