Boards Fail to Be Configured on the NMS Due to the Faulty AUX Board
Boards communicate with each other by using the AUX board. If most boards fail to communicate with the SCC board, you need to first check whether the AUX board is faulty.

Except for the cross-connect board on the OptiX OSN equipment, all boards cannot be queried on the NMS.
Cause Analysis
An NE communicates with other systems by using the AUX board, and the SCC board also communicates with other boards by using the AUX board. Therefore, if most line boards report the BD_STATUS and COMMUN_FAIL alarms, or if boards cannot be queried on the NMS, you need to first check whether the AUX board is faulty.
Procedure
Reseat the AUX board. Then, the fault is rectified.
