Breakfast: That special K meal bar, kept me pretty full!
Lunch: The usual toast with peanut butter.
Went and worked out for an hour after lunch.
Dinner: Steak tips and rice.
That's pretty much it, I still feel kind of hungry.
I lost 2 lbs since last week. I'll take it!
Just bought some special K protein meal bars
So I won't starve when I walk out the door in the morning. :D Time to do push-up set for today.

I promise I'm not dead, I might be using my excuse "I'm super busy" that it's even causing me to forget to eat which is awful. I didn't get to work out this weekend since I didn't have the car to drive my ass to the gym. I did walk the beach Saturday but I am still anxious about running in public (gym running is no big deal to me.)
Breakfast: Skipped, took a water with some crystal light - wanted to make something but I had no time.
Lunch: May get a skim latte in an hour along wheat toast and peanut butter. (Not much else at the house to cook.)
Dinner: Chicken, no skin, and white rice.
Workout will be: 30-45 minutes on elliptical for warm up, then 4+ miles on treadmill.
Also been using this "100 push-ups" app on my Android that can condition you to do a certain amount of push-ups. It's pretty sweet, I'm up at 89 right now, but it is pretty effective, I feel pain haha. I really want to work up to be able to do a pull-up, but let's face it - shit's tough.

I feel like I'm not eating enough... no appetite really. Same every day, carnation package for breakfast, something with protein for lunch and something with protein for dinner. I feel absolutely great, but I am worried if I am "starving" myself.
Anyways, I am going out to dinner tonight, I promise to eat light and drink water with lemon. O:)
Ack, yesterday
Wasn't a good day, I did weigh myself at 206 though.
4/7/11
Breakfast: Carnation Milk Breakfast Package mixed with lowfat milk
Lunch: Some left over chicken from dinner last night, no skin.
Snack: Had two scoops of coffee ice cream.
Dinner: I am going to have steak.
Dessert: Not going to eat desert, I mutilated the diet yesterday! :x
Off to the gym for some progress, I feel like all this working out is working though.
Tomorrow will be our first official weigh in!
Tomorrow is going to be ladylazarus and I's first weigh in, we've been working hard for the first couple days and sure as hell can tell we will be seeing some good results coming probably at the end of the month!
Gym tonight, going run my little heart out. I am so cocky, I've been running for quite some time on roads/sand, but I've never been competitive. I have in no way's a runner's body, but I must say, I can go quite far quite fast for a while (treadmills are easier than roads/sand) so the people all around me end up picking up their pace two seconds after I step on. I am not sure if it's my head, but every time I am gazelling along, some bastard next to me has to try to 1-up me. That's okay, I discovered I like competing/inspiring someone to work harder.
What are some things that keep you inspired to work harder? For me, it's definitely a better fitting wardrobe and feeling comfortable in my own skin at all times, if that makes sane sense, haha.

I don't know why I stopped going to the gym in favor of running outside? I think it's because I preferred the scenery in stead of the same treadmill every day. Well today it rained and it's the Monday since Ladylazarus & I started our diets. I woke up and had nearly the same thing as yesterday, I have to make a late dinner now, unfortunately...
So anyways, the gym was typical, 30 minutes on the elliptical first then 30 on the treadmill. I forget the distance, but I did pretty good. I love jogging because I zone out with the music and suddenly it's 30 minutes later
My opinion on "thinspiration," it's bogus and awful that these young girls are placing their health in such a conspiracy of weight loss. It's a lifestyle approach that just causes more negativity in the end - you will not keep that weight off forever just by not eating.
Going to wake up early tomorrow and go do weight lifting... cousin is telling me I should be guzzling down whey... we'll see lmao.
