ive been having a lot of fun with the interiors of the houses in this neighbourhood, i dont use the modern furniture that often when i build for my own households so it's been nice to do so for a change

ive been really looking forward to starting this neighbourhood, i really enjoy building fancier houses like this especially in this style! this neighbourhood is also really pretty :)

finally! starting oasis springs!!! this is a starter house for 1 maybe 2 sims with quite a yellow interior. which i actually really like since i dont really use yellow in my builds that much

i think this neighbourhood will have 2 starters? or maybe just this one... it depends on what other ideas come to me

canyon library

another lot ive been so exicted to share! its based off a real building i was looking at on google maps in belgium. im really happy with how well it translated to the sims!

the only thing that bothered me was i found myself wishing i could have added some more activities so if you have other packs feel free to add more to the lot :)

this is a new trailer for johnny zest! i moved him to a smaller lot because i wanted more freedom for the bigger lot and i just think him having a huge lot doesnt make a lot of sense...

also i notice a lot of people tend to make his trailer kind of rundown but i wanted to do it a bit differently so i made it a bit more put together like hes lived here for a while

oasis leisure

finally back to save file builds :) i think oasis springs is the perfect world for a pool (and means it doesnt end up having too many of the same community lots as willow creek).

i wasn't sure if i liked this lot next to the ones i had already built but after changing the colour scheme i like it a lot better

bedrock rentals

so last lot for bedrock strait! i wasnt entirely sure what i wanted to do with this lot after i moved johnny zest out from it but i thought doing a rental lot would be a cool idea. of course you can use it as a residential if that suits you better

my idea for these rentals is that theyre for a friends holiday or something but feel free to change the amount of beds to accomodate your household :)

first build of the year and last build in this neighbourhood :) i wanted to share this before new year but things didnt quite work out because i wanted to make this a 3 bedroom and it just wasnt working out :/ ill come back in the future and attempt to make a 3 bedroom mid century in case you have a household that needs one.
