Do you have green output?!? Never fear it's probably something you ate! When our body processes food it also changes the color this particular day I ate a bowl of Lucky charms and ended up with this odd little concoction. 🙌 When I first got my stoma one of the most concerning colors that popped up for me was red turns out I had eaten marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks. 🐷😂 So my advice to all the newbies keep the food diary until you can get used to your texture and color patterns! 📝 @stouq.ostomylife #normalizenormalbodies #bodyneutrality #ostomyadvocate #ostomybagcovers https://www.instagram.com/p/CUNpWi4ruXg/?utm_medium=tumblr

My message to my little stoma "I make it my mission to spread awareness about life with you by my side because I know that if I had met the me I am today back then I wouldn't have fought so hard to resist you.
