Some impressions of the Rammstein concert from the perspective of the Nordtribüne in the Ostseestadion in Rostock, Germany.
I'm speechless about that concert. Rammstein's show is something you HAVE to see. I cannot explain how sick it was but I can tell you that I felt more than good during the time of the concert. Rammstein usually are very unapproachable and distanced during their shows but Rostock yesterday was truly special, especially to Till due to him having grown up there. The band was suddenly so close, Till even said "We are home - thank you Rostock!" Before the whole stadium sang "Engel". Goosebumps. And let's not forget the part when they sang "Ohne Dich", only a few dry eyes were left. Everyone held up lighters. Quite an unusual appearance but there were more lighter than phone flashlights in the air. And let's not forget the dark purple sky, accompanied by the full moon, what an atmosphere.
Anyway, since I grew up to Rammstein's music, my parents constantly blasting it when I was a child, dragging me to my first concert when I was like 8, the band owns a huge part of my heart.
They're not just this weird metal band that sings about disgusting stuff but they're incredible performers and wonderful men with UNBELIEVABLY GOOD lyrics that touch our souls in so many ways. And I loved every second of that concert.
This said so far from an emotional point of view. Feel free to add your feelings about their concerts you went to!!
