who jokingly moves in for the kiss when someone asks if they’re a couple: Definitely Kaibara
who has to bust or bail the other out of jail: They probably wouldn’t be faced with this problem. Hopefully.
who gives the other advice/comfort about dating issues: Kaibara is always quick to lend an ear and give any advice she can, but I can see Renge offering her own brand of advice (by comparing the situation to a dating sim and/or anime probably).
who shamelessly cheats at games by reaching over to cover the other’s eyes: Probably Kaibara, if they’re playing a game where its possible to cheat that way (I think they’d play a lot of Dance Dance Revolution and/or Otome games together)
who immediately calls dibs on the top bunk: Kaibara and she takes off and immediately climbs up without even using the ladder.
who starts and who wins the pillow fights: Renge starts them, but Kaibara is a tiny, merciless victor.
who says “your pants would look better on their floor” to the other’s potential crush: Kaibara
Follow up question: How does it feel having to translate all your thoughts into English!?!?
I cannot say I have given it much thought in the past several years as I would consider myself a fluent English speaker. English was a language I began learning when I was five years old, so while I do think in Japanese, the English equivalents are not so difficult to find.
Certain phrases--idiomatic expressions, colloquial speech, and regional vocabulary--make me pause, but at my present age, I am far more capable of using context clues than I was back in my youth. I do speak a bit slower and more methodically in English than I do in Japanese due to this, but the translation is rather natural now. Besides which, business is fast paced and the ability to communicate is essential, so there was no feasible way for me to allow my intellectual capabilities to seem dulled by the simple fact English is not my native language.

"My favourite? Most definitely Athena. She's the Greek goddess of wisdom, battle strategy and some of the arts like weaving and pottery and stuff like that. She's smart and strong, so she can hold her own and is a pretty kickass goddess. Hello, Renge, it has been a while. I have been quite busy, actually. Between setting up our new Ootori Group holdings in Hungary, traveling back to Japan for board meetings, and fitting in my studies and personal life around those edges, I really have not had much time. I suppose if I were to give an aggregate summation of my time lately, it could be adequately described in the following list:
Meetings/Conferences (whether telecommuted, video, or in person)
Travel by air
Preparing for aforementioned meetings/conferences
Salvaging what is left of my personal life
