Today it’s a bit of a mash-up of a ton of different strong female lead characters that I adore. It started out as just a Control entry but my colour printer is out of colour ink so I couldn’t print everything that I wanted to. So instead here’s a tribute to Jesse Faden, Nancy Botwin, Carrie Mathison, Hanna, Camina Drummer, Alex Chen, Steph Gingrich, and Miriam Maisel. I know Susie Myerson is here too but while I think she’s very funny on-screen, I don’t necessarily love her the same way I love some of these other characters. Anyway! I originally took these screenshots of Jesse as a reference to see about maybe making a cosplay of her in this, the Synchronicity outfit. It doesn’t look super complicated and I think I can maybe get a lot of the pieces 3D printed at the library, so that’s exciting.
More pictures from yesterday's wandering around the inner city while waiting for my ride home. Those birds are endangered apparently. I can understand why. They are on you like vultures as soon as you stop and if you look like you have any kind of food it is all on. Nasty. I was the only one in San Pan so when my order was filled I walked out the door and Hubby drove around the corner into the empty parking spot and we were off home. Perfect timing.
