This was the very first fic I read in this fandom, and what a way to start. It hurt me deep in my soul and then put it back together again. It’s also an EXCELLENT fandom primer. #Blessed to call Rachel my friend.

2. These Inconvenient Fireworks

This is on everyone’s list, right? Like...it has to be. The carwash scene is one of the best things written in modern fiction, I don’t make the rules.

HIT ME WITH THAT LONG-HAUL LOVE SHIT, MY GOD. This is a newer favorite, and I adore it. Long term relationships are hard and also wonderful and Lissie captures it SO WELL. Bonus points for Librarian Louis, aka, my literal career. Also bonus points because it’s H O T. Also #blessed to call Lissie my friend.

Well first of all it’s another two months before I see you which is just not cool but then when I do see you, not only do I have to share you with the Other Amanda (even though I am the other to you, which you know, is fine because it’s not like I have my own independent identity. I exist as the other of @softgolfdaddy almost like I’m a 50s housewife whose identity is dependent on her spouse but you know I think gender equality is overrated so it’s cool) but I also have to share you with that bitch Harry Styles because everything is apparently about him and his sparkly (yet admittedly peachy) ass.
