I have a problem and you might be able to help. You see I'm german and so I don't get all the english "slang". And since you know mister cavendish you know he sometimes says something like "a penny for my thoughts" could you explain what he is referring to?

English slang is such a strange thing. "A penny for your thoughts" is a way they have to ask another person to share their mind.

Cavendish has a tendency to use language in quite a quirky way, so it looks like he wanted to share his own mind and made the excuse for it. It's so silly, but... yes, it's rather adorable.

Hey cavedish's I would like to ask you this:

In the last chapters (the show and the dairy) you both manipulated someone and while you both know that this is wrong, I got the feeling you enjoyed it. Is it true and if so why? Could you describe what made you feel this way?

Please don't feel offended. I'm just asking out of curiosity.

Cavendish: Now let's set this straight!

I did NOT enjoy manipulating Hildegard, not for a single minute. I justified myself with empty excuses about the greater good, but I was wrong. It was despicable and it will weight on my shoulders for the rest of my life.

I can only be thankful I realized my mistake before partaking on something worse.

Cavendish: Now now! That's a big accusation.

Manipulation implies I controlled someone for my own advantage. This is, however, a false statement and therefore; I cannot be accused of manipulation.

My actions never had an ulterior motive!

Alt Cavendish it seems all you want is for Dakota to be happy all the time and that’s not a bad thing to want but it’s unhealthy and may lead to even worse things

Dakota: Oh dude, that's a fuckin' epic show!

I mean, know it's a book to, but gonna be honest, haven't read it. Loved the show tho, an angel and a demon working together? Hilarious. And the way demons are those like, super groovy guys is awesome.

Also they're like, very gay.
