a question about pupils / eye displays
the MIP Unit eye displays are pretty complex, as there's a big focus on expressiveness with their designs. PU is by far the least expressive MIP Unit, since they lack any "mouth" expression presets. But they're still pretty expressive (eyes, "eyebrows", other displays, antennae).
Units can turn certain features of their Expression Modules off, though sometimes they seem to re-enable themselves automatically.

my response to said ask is outdated on many accounts... i don't think you'd find red lizards where most of them live. But SLS, FB, PU, and TWR all have pretty intense security measures.
LOF, regardless of where she's living, isn't at her own structure anyways so uh. sucks for the other guy? in that thread I remarked that LOF dealing with a lizard that acts like an oversized lapdog would be funny. and yeah it's pretty funny. I don't think LOF would reciprocate affection very easily, especially with animals. But maybe some day...
With SGIS, um... I think she'd be more capable of redirecting a wayward lizard somewhere less dangerous. god SGIS worldbuildimf is a mess im going to die!!!
these guys weren't included but in case ur curious:
- SSR would just push it out of his systems. if he struggled too much, 99 would get a security bird.
- lizards are generally too dangerous and unwieldy (and destructive) to allow into one's systems, so 99 would terminate them quite readily.
- Literally anything that isn't already whitelisted within ELW's security systems will be terminated if it somehow gets close enough to enter in some part of her structure.
