Man I've been having a blast at Othercon. I've been discovering myself more and more and talking to some really cool users! I think this was the introduction I NEEDED in the community back in 2015-2016.
Back when I first questioned myself I was grilled and gatekept to DEATH. I was basically told you're not "one of us" and I felt isolated in my experiences, too worried to give this all another shot or even explore that side of me. I gave up and dismissed my experiences as just "weird, but obviously not otherkin related." I think it was only a matter of time before I tried to come back again.
I'm so glad I did. Everyone has been WONDERFUL and I've had an absolute blast. I've learned so much and I'm feeling more confident in myself and my identity than ever before.
