Hello, new followers!

It seems like I've had a surge of blogs following lately that are bloggers who are not human! I would say alterhuman, but I see in some pinned posts that not everyone aligns with that term.

This has motivated me to ask a few questions, since I've been told that there are many non-humans(?) in the paraphile community, and I want to be as inclusive as possible with my language. These questions are open for anyone to answer, and obviously I know that not every answer will be the same. But it's helpful for someone like me who doesn't know much about this community. You can reblog, reply, or submit an ask with your answer, to whichever questions you would like to answer.

Questions

When someone is speaking generally and uses 'people' terms (i.e. saying 'people', 'person', 'human', etc.), how does that make you feel? Is it okay because someone is speaking generally and not calling you a human directly, or is it still not okay?

Are there any terms aside from 'being' and 'beings' that you use to replace human-centered language? (That's the only one I've seen so far.)

Do words like 'someone', 'anyone', and 'everyone' count as human-centered language? Or is it okay because that 'one' could refer to any being, human or not?

Do you accept the use of 'theriform' to distinguish between the 'traditional' definition of animal and the more inclusive definition that includes alterhumans and nonhumans? If someone says not to distinguish the two, do you believe that would make it harder to discuss contact stances (i.e. the difference between being anti-contact with theriform animals and anti-contact with alterhumans/nonhumans [if that's even a stance])?

Is 'otherkin' a separate label from 'alterhuman'? Is it okay to use the two interchangably?

I can see the light in every single creature of this world, even in those that we can't see, even in those who are in others planets, even in those creatures that are called "evils". I know this could be delicate, but yes, I can promise every single creature has their own light, I'd bet my wings on it, I would bet my eternity to demonstrate the light of each creature, I would stake my own light to prove that every creature has goodness and that those who do harm are really wounded and frightened lambs. Someone might promise to be mean, but the second they get their hands on something they love, I promise they'll fight to the death to defend that thing they love so much. Nobody is bad by nature, there are some selfish, rude and abusive people, who only think about themselves, but those same creatures may just need to feel that someone sees their light to begin to pave the way to showing their own light. And no, I am not condoning any of the actions or damage that may have been caused in the past, at this moment or even in the future, but I know deep down that all these actions were from the deep desire to satisfy a need that no one before knew or could calm.

I just want to say, heal your wounds, but don't punish those who caused those wounds, offer them kindness and that love they may never have received. Offer them to start shining. They may refuse at first or it may be difficult, and you are not obligated to continue fighting for someone who does not want to shine, but if you decide to stay and show them that they don't have to fear their own light, at some point, I promise you, you'll be able to shine together.

They are not bad, they are just hurt, broken and scared, waiting for someone who truly sees them, who listens to them, who embraces them even with their flaws. Those who claim that there is really only evil in the world are hurt and scared, terrified and in denial about being harmed again. It is a very brave act to seek to defend yourself and heal your wounds, even if it means denying the kindness of others because of the fear of being hurt again. There is no rush for you to see the light of others, we will be patiently waiting for the moment when you are sure to see the light and shine with it.

I would bet my wings, my brilliance, my eternity, my kindness and my own life to prove that there is light in every single creature that exists.
