"wait but how can that work ?" instead of asking how their queer identity works, and how can it be valid, maybe ask them their experiences. ask how it feels to themself being a mspec mono, or lesboy, or turigirl, or whatever. instead of getting angry at queer identities which dont fit your standard, just perhaps let it go and ask them as a person what their identity means to them. stop policing identities and open up your mind a little.

Shades of purple and blue-green because the colors purple and green are some of the oldest colors to represent the queer community

Yellow lines to represent queer joy

White to represent unity

Violets because, once more, it is one of the oldest queer symbols we have. While violets originally held a meaning for sapphic love, here it is to represent educating yourself further on queer history to understand your community better.

The lacy top and bottom lines to give it kind of a "grandmas lace" feel, making it feel older!

ik i've already posted those new fictosexual/fictoromantic flag redesigns on my stimblog @rocambolestim before, but ive introduced a new fictoromantic flag which isn't a colour swapped fictosexual flag!

update: just a useless fact i posted these flags onto reddit & fandom like months ago before making this post (i think except for the newer fictoromantic one, but i think ive posted like fictorose on like reddit too i think??

these flags are meant to be more inclusive alternitaves to the original flags since they looked way too much like the asexual flag & not all fictos are ace, so i decided to change that in my redesigns + make it aesthetically pleasing since the older ones looked hideous asf imo
