flash fiction: on the way home, a baby's shoe. you pick it up and rattle out the teeth.
Ach, just one of those woozy, cottonwool colds that descend sometimes. The American is a more pressing matter. But -- how did the reading go??
othernotebooksareavailable replied to your post:Hey, all Scottish and/or literary folks! I’m...
Edwin Morgan! Edwin Muir! Jackie Kay! Sorley MacLean! Tom Leonard! Kei Miller (not Scotland-born, but living here)! Liz Lochead! Kathleen Jamie! That should do for now!
Yesss! Thank you for shouting poets through the satellites! I’ll get googling!

othernotebooksareavailable replied to your photo:I spy a sexy gardener in my backyard
is that really your garden because wow

othernotebooksareavailable replied to your post:Noooo I made rhubarb sorbet and it’s waaay too...
can you add lemon juice and refreeze?
Lemon juice is the solution. (though I have a feeling that ices/sorbets are usually made overly sweet, to counteract the dulling effect of the cold on the flavour - we’ll see what it’s like when it’s properly froze)
