OMGOMGOMG HHRHRHRHGH NO ONE HAS EVER ASKED ME ABOUT MY DMC OCS IM SO EXCITED THANK YOU ANON!!
otis IS related to lady but not arkham, he comes from kalina ann’s side of the family since he was a descendant of the priestess sparda killed!! he and lady are distantly related but otis considers her to be like an older figure for him to rely on since he’s younger n all (same age as nero btw). speaking of nero otis is also from fortuna, he’s a knight who underwent the ascension ceremony but without his consent (hence why he has the scars/markings on his face!)
