Otis (Pico's Cousin) Render 2023 Collection

Before Otis day 2023 Almost done of Otis fanart this years. That all the draw I made this years. another years would be a lot different. Pico Cousin 20th years old game. 2003 to 2023. one most underrated Newgrounds gem. Best Newgrounds Character but don't care what people say Otis is most reliable Ng Character. He grown to Future Supernatural to be like a boss. why not include Newgrounds fighting game, the fan still keep using same character but Otis need to return to increase more popular. Otis in 2023, he was join to MUGEN Fighting Game and playable in Portal Defenders Fast Break. That property it another sad face for Otis. Always Pico is almost doing same again but lack of originally without Otis around. Which is also disappointed as well as 2022 for Otis not appearing recent Newgrounds very much. Last years other Pico school character didn't appear very much on the media but too much Pico being repetitive again most of his time.
