Otomatis Romantis
I saw the mega–print–ad on the road – Sukajadi – and it got me exciting, later on I saw the trailer in www.otomatisromantis.com as well, honestly, it was getting me more excited ‘bout that. So, I was pushing my–self to see the movie on the premiere day. I was glad I did it. The movie is great actually – I said great – what can I say, I’m a dagelan fanatic. These are some of my opinions–reviews; I’m exciting about this movie because two things; firstly, this is Tukul Arwana’ first movie, he is a hilarious guy, that for sure. And secondly, Marsha Timothy that turns even more gorgeous every day. Some of the great names are playing a role in this movie. Name it; lovely Marsha Timothy, Wulan Guritno, Poppy Sovia, Cinthamy Atmanegara, Dwi Sasono, legendary Tarzan, wong katrok Tukul Arwana, and last but not least Tora Sudiro – again. Storyline – this is a light movie, just watching it, and you’ll get it – even when you watch it while picking a call, its okay, you’ll still get it. Like any others comedy – I never complain about the story. One familiar name behind the story is Monty Tiwa. I like the dialogues in this movie; I thought it was much–much better than Joko Anwar’ Quicky Express. The dialogues are flowing nicely. Tora and Dwi Sasono; Tora and Tukul; Tukul and Wulan; Marsha and everyone – really subjective. The pictures itself are great too – the depth of field method really works. About the dagelan – what can I say – there are among the best comedians in Indonesia recently. It is not something fresh about the jokes actually, but I think the originalities of the jokes that keep them funny – Srimulatan. I am saying; do you ever listen to one title of the Warung Kopi Prambors Dono–Kasino–Indro? I listened to them million times and I still laugh. See – the originalities. So I suggest you guys to catch Otomantis Romantis in the cinema, because it is worth to see actually. For your information; the audio quality for Indonesian–Movie in the cinema is way much–much better than its DVD. I give 3 stars of five to this movie. I really want to give five stars but I don’t think I will, consider to one name that appears in so many movies – tORA SUDIro!!!
