Mac pulled down the sun visor of the car to check herself in the mirror and refresh her lipstick, while Harm parked in front of his mother’s house.Once the car was stopped, he turned to her and couldn’t help but stare at how mesmerizing she looked, when she retraced the curves of her lips.Naturally, Mac felt his look on her and glanced at him with confused by the look on his face: “What is it, Harm?”“Oh, nothing. Nothing,” he meant and flashed her a grin, “Come on, let’s go inside. Mom already will be waiting.”And with that they got out of the car and walked to their dinner invitation.

Harm drove the rented car up the driveway of Harriet and Bud’s house and parked in front of the entrance. His hand fell on Mac’s thigh and she covered it with hers, smiling at him. “Don’t get thrown into jail tonight. I won’t come and get you out,” Mac teased and and squeezed his hand. “It’s noted,” he winked and shot her a bright smile before leaning over to kiss her goodbye, “See you tomorrow. I’ll be waiting for you at the end of the aisle.”“You better be, sailor” she grinned and pecked his lips once more before exiting the car.
