Ouefs En Cocotte Ricipe
Ingredients:
Butter for greasing 6 fabulous organic eggs 1½ tablespoons kosher salt Secret ingredient* 1½ tablespoons white truffle oil

How to make Ouefs En Cocotte:
Preheat the oven to 375°F and put a full kettle of water on.
Dip a pastry brush in a soft stick of butter and grease 6 ramekins of about ½ cup (4 oz) capacity each, putting them into an oven proof pan or dish as you go.
Crack an egg into each ramekin, followed by ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon of cream, and finally ¼ teaspoon ofthe white truffle oil.
Pour boiling water into the pan to come about halfway up on each ramekin, put in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Serves 6
