It didnt feel ok when i saw this poster and there is no jeonghan pic ofcourse his name is mentioned along others....but not seeing him on poster it didnot feel right ...i understand hanie was already enlisted and he is serving as a public employee and also I'm not sure of the korean laws against idols or actors appearing or releasing their content (what extent) as he was & still is part of the group he was part of the svt journey it was also his own so yeah excluding him feels wrong
may be those are the laws & i'm being dramatic but these are my thoughts
