during oshikatsu today I made photocards based on the medfet boys* from the cold metallic sting ❤️‍🩹💉🏥

considering medfet au dr gerard who struggled with eye contact during sex but pretty much enforces it when doing medical procedures on frank. like will straight up stop working if frank closes his eyes or looks anywhere but gerard’s face. but does a complete 180 in bed unless frank does the same

this is exactly it anon omg you're so tapped in

dr gerard's whole deal with eye contact is an incredibly important detail to me and i'm like literally always thinking about it. the fact that it completely changes during a medical procedure because it serves a very specific and practical function while they're also able to hide behind their professional headspace makes me 😵‍💫

and then there's the whole contrast with frank because he's always been a heavy eye-contact guy, but he picked up very early on that gerard is not and it's never bothered him. (it makes the moments that they do share eye contact very intense though 🙂‍↕️)
