Nov. 6/7

I’m waking up in 6 hours. I’ll have to turn in a paper (that’s only like 95% done), shower, eat, and otherwise get my life together. But I’ve had the most amazing day and evening full of important conversations and good book reading and reconnecting with bright people. And a beautiful, fulfilling shabbat dinner at a real, warm house full of an amazing community where we talked about creating peace in the world. Wow things can really suck sometimes but working together to create peace can make it feel worth it. And soon I’ll be off to stir things up in our nation’s beautiful capital with even more beautiful people.

November is a month for gratitude. Thought I might start a habit of cataloging things I’m thankful for this month
