All my silly DnD's in one place!! Wow!! Featuring: - jackalwere mistaken for a typical animal, taken in as an exotic pet and guard beast to a foreign palace and under NO pressure to reveal its true nature now that it has access to safety, comfort, and infinite food (suffering through the childish whims of the youngest royal daughter) - descendant and endling to a tribe cursed as shifters, unable to access their human forms-- he meets an untimely end in a temple amongst the dunes of his homeland and must claw his way from the underworld to seek answers about his origins - opportunistic outcast who escaped capture by drow with fellow prisoners, seeking escape from the Abyss whilst navigating the social complexities of a party much different from the warband politics it's used to; the language barrier makes this difficult - severely maladjusted gnollish circus tiefling, on the run from his former "employer" and the acolytes hired to track him down-- a task made simpler by following the trail of bodies he's inclined to leave in his wake in service of a bargain struck with Yeenoghu - mischievous kenku trickster of the feywild, skilled and specialized in illusion magic but unable to cast anything physical thanks to her confusing draconic ancestry; though the fact that she shouldn't exist hasn't stopped her - unhinged, foul-mouthed little harengon

My first ever dnd character!! Shamelessly inspired by a spotted hyena from my favorite book series, Darkeye, this gnoll was separated from its warband, captured by drow in the Abyss and broke out with the help of the rest of the party. It's a bit of a coward, not overly bright, but intensely loyal (and very food-motivated). Gnolls are fun. Some bonus gnollish deities for y'all:
