person I interact with for a rescue group is always demanding that I call her about stuff that could very easily be texted or messaged. When I am forced to be on the phone with her, it’s minimum 20min and 15 of that is me waiting for her to pause long enough that I can tell her I need to go.
screw that noise. I’m emailing her. life’s too short for unnecessary phone calls.
Hiatus that I probably should have mentioned weeks ago
Hey guys, I didn’t think i was gonna need a hiatus, but I apparently needed the hiatus.
We’re moving into our first home tomorrow and between cons, packing, work, cons I’m working at, etc. it’s been crazy.
Imagine a beautifully laid out Halloween display on a table. Miniatures, little houses, spooky stuff, super great right? That was my fall.
Then life flipped the table and I’ve been scrambling to get all the pieces back up.
So yeah.
Hopefully next week will be a little better and I can start coming back. Cait and I miss you guys.
The concept: A group of faeries whose element contradicts their looks/personalities go out to investigate a strange weather phenomenon, unaware that they will find two imprisoned out-of-elements and unlock a world of trouble. A story about self discovery, adventure, and acceptance.
