Dating Pope would include:

Hanging out in a very peaceful introverted way, just being together while you both study, read or write, not needing to always be chatting

Constant book reccs from him & trading your copies of well-loved and used paper backs

He would love to make you playlists

This man is a SIMP constant text and in person reminders of how into you he is, and how gorgeous and funny you are, especially if you are insecure

no like your all time hype-man

He would be very over-protective especially around creepy kooks and tourons. Not in a jealous way, he just never wanted any one to mess with you

Always making sure he was sober enough to drive you home if you were drinking

Making sure you text him right when you get home even if you were stone cold sober

Pope secretly being really worried that since you were more introverted like him, you would feel out of place with the rowdy pogues, but you becoming a part of the family almost immediately

The other pogues constantly calling the two of you the Mom & Dad of the friend group

You secretly having a sporty side that Pope has never seen because you’re friends from school, and he thinks it’s so hot that you know how to surf big waves well

But also when you argue there’s always underlying sexual tension

He’s always pulling you closer to him whether you’re at the bonfire or out on the boat
