the beginning
I joined the field hockey team my senior year of high school, after questioning myself all summer if I really wanted to play. The opportunity finally came when the class of 2015 graduated and went off to college. I didn’t really like their class. They were obnoxious and thought they knew everything about everyone. For girls, they were very aggressive in the use of their language and actions. So I was even happier with my decision to join the team. Even though I had zero experience I wasn’t intimidated by my teammates who we potentially better than me.
