                      THERE IS A SORT OF fondness that grows inside brienne’s child . akin to the flowers in highgarden in spring , blooming as they grow and grow till they fill up every crevasse of her heart with their petals . like that but not entirely ; it warms her like the summer sun , shining vibrant like the leaves in autumn telling her that winter shall not come for the likes of her  nor tommen . brienne recalls feeling like this so many moons ago . when she was still training young lad podrick payne and he had proudly shown her the ( his first ! ) blister that had struck onto his palm from the training sword .
