"I, uh, I get th' impression that this place might not've really been designed for two people," Rhett commented, hoping Blair had enough space to maneuver around him to get to the photo developing tray.
They were both currently crammed inside the Photo Flix dark room which certainly seemed to him like it was not conducive for two people to be in it. But booking some time in there had been the most private and unassuming place Rhett could think of where he and Blair could talk without anyone overhearing.
"I mean, I wouldn't want you t' be nervous 'bout bein' stuck inside such a small space wit' a vampire," he added teasingly, even though Blair knew they had nothing to fear from him.
Ever since Blair had helped patch him up after he had stupidly injured himself on some barbed wire at the ranch, and they had figured out what he really was, Rhett and Blair had had an understanding where he would let them know if he happened to find out anything about who might have attacked their partner. He wished he had more information to give Blair, not being overly fond of vampires who attack innocent people himself, but as soon as he thought he might have gotten wind of something, he asked them if they could meet.
"First, I jus' wanna say that I wish I had more info for you, but it ain't like our kind all go 'round blabblin' 'bout what they've been up t'. I can only offer stuff that I've jus' got a hunch 'bout. So sorry in advance if I disappoint you."
