Divergent Point: Canon: Tahiti
Notable Differences: Jouji Yuuki went under the name Yutaka Daimon to fight the criminal organization Sigma before returning to his name and life as a Rider.
When he was too young to remember it happening, Jouji Yuuki had a surgery that implanted a circuit made of Daimonium into his chest. This circuit would go inactive until he was in his early twenties.
During his supposed last moments as Riderman, he avoided death from the explosion of the plutonium rocket via Great Leader, teleporting him out of the rocket. He was in Tahiti for a short amount of time before he returned to Japan under a false name: Yutaka Daimon.
He wanted to continue doing good but desired to do something that wasn’t related to his father. So, to provide him that opportunity, Great Leader arranged for him to play as Daimon, a secret agent who would fight against the criminal organization Sigma. According to his story and what others would corroborate for Daimon, is that Sigma killed Daimon’s father, Professor Daimon, in order to obtain the substance known as Daimonium. While the Professor Daimon was a real person who had been killed by Sigma’s leader Dr. Akunomiya, his relationship with Jouji was not that of father/son. Professor Daimon, instead, felt responsible for Jouji having the circuit inside him as well as for the criminal organization Sigma growing to the size that it is.
Jouji also discovered the purpose of the circuit found in his chest: to activate and use the robot known as Electroid Zaborger. It also saved him from many attempts on his life during this battle with Sigma and its various robots and cyborgs. He would also wear clothes that were laced with various pieces of technology to help protect him from many types of situations.
He also acts very different while under the name Daimon. While fighting he regularly growls, snarls, and yells out. His fighting, which quickly improves because of his mainly solo fighting, is more wild and pragmatic. He’ll willingly fight dirty, more than he does as Riderman.
While playing the role of Daimon, he exhibits the following capabilities:
Jump Height: 10 meters (approx. 32 ft)
Increased Healing Ability: something that can be attributed to the properties of the Daimonium circuit inside his chest. It has revived him from death and healed him much faster than a normal human.
Can punch through concrete: something often only seen done by his bionic right arm.
Finishing Move: Flying Dragon Three Step Kick. This can do harm to cyborgs as well as humans.
The Electroid Zaborger has the following capabilities:
Transformation: upon the command by Jouji, it can change from robot form to a bike form.
Helicat: A small yellow helicopter is stored in his head, which can be launched to follow, record, and track down targets.
Mouse Car: A small car that is stored in to parts in Zaborger’s feet, which then come together when launched. It is used for tracking, distractions, infiltration and information gathering.
Chain Punch: It can launch its hands along the length of a chain for a distance attack.
Boomerang Cutter: There are two blades on the side of his head that are then thrown at his target. The blades are sharp enough to easily slice through a robot.
Freezing Liquid: From the right hand, it can spray a freezing liquid to stop or slow down its enemies.
Electric Lens: A heat ray that can be accessed via the elbows.
Semi-Autonomous Actions: While it relies mostly on the voice commands from Jouji, it can act partially independently based on the orders already given or the intent that Jouji relays via the circuit embedded in his chest.
Rapid-Fire Destruction Gun: From its mouth, a gun barrel is revealed and quickly fires bullets at opponents, destroying them completely.
Speed (as Machine Zaborger): 130km/hr in water, 300km/hr on ground
