I have a much better idea:

Locklann's and Anthea's phone numbers are actually IDENTICAL. But they don't live in the same world. Nissim has had his phone on him during all the time travel so his phone has gone buggy and is now sending texts to a literal AU in which Locklann is the other one. ]
