Semi-Hiatus

The reason for this is because I have a new muse to be tending to. I may return next month, fully active, but there's no telling.]

To be honest, I don't think I can ship Itachi with anyone other than Shisui anymore. Really, there aren't many characters in Naruto you can ship Itachi with since he belongs in a really diverse environment. 

Sasuke is fine, but it would feel unnatural for Itachi to have sex with someone so close. Shisui is very distant, plus they're closer in age. Kakashi also has history with Itachi

I don't know, I just seem to find the strength to ship Itachi with characters younger than him anymore.
