Nonsexual: Loyalty
Grima above all else loves someone who would never abandon him and be by his side no matter what he's done, or who he's killed. Real loyalty is someone who refuses to be pushed away by his actions, even if he himself acts as though he doesn't want them around.
Sexual: Dominance.
Grima can and always will find a way to exert his dominance, including the bedroom. He will always want complete control of what goes on, but does enjoy someone who's desires mirror his own and is capable of taking action that's in his benefit.
