growing up, she ends up raising herself, due her mother's career and the addiction she had grown to, being used to the street lifestyle — fending for herself with little to no money.
but the second she stepped onto her road one day after school, there’s an ambulance and police cars which flood the streets. her mother passed away, a man at her side. the police takes y/n keeping her as she’s underage whilst they delt with the case separately — questioning the other man. when finding a legal guardian for her, they get into contact with her father and move her into the obx.
little to y/n’s knowing, her fathers side of the family is heavily loaded in wealth, from parties to private jets, no longer having to fend for herself. due to the significant change of lifestyle, she can’t help but connect with the pogues, which is heavily against her family’s likings, knowing how hard it can be to live, yet they’re not so aware of her backstory, jj and reader begin to spark over time.
